Automatic Soldering System

Our automatic soldering system adopts a simple and user-friendly programming method, allowing direct input of solder joint coordinates or teaching-based reproduction of soldering point positions. The teaching programming is easy to operate—by simply controlling the teaching pendant, the operator can guide the motion end (soldering iron tip) to any soldering position in 3D space. It does not require specialized skills or technical expertise, making the editing process highly user-friendly.


The system supports flexible and diverse soldering methods, including both point soldering and drag soldering. All process parameters can be customized by the user to adapt to complex soldering tasks and micro-soldering processes. Soldering parameters are linked with the solder joint coordinate program for reading and saving, enabling flexible and adaptable soldering operations.


The soldering iron assembly can be adjusted at any angle and orientation. Based on different pads and components, the system allows custom settings for solder feeding times, preheating time, and soldering time—supporting complex multi-joint soldering processes on a single board and enabling diversified soldering operations.


Through an external I/O interface, the soldering robot can realize real-time control of peripheral devices. The intelligent control system supports error alarms, anti-vibration during high-speed movement, and other functions. The smart main control program enables full automation and intelligent management of the soldering process.
