Mixing Principle of AB

The AB Glue potting Machine is specifically designed for dual-liquid (AB-type) adhesives. Its primary function is to accurately meter and mix two types of adhesives (A and B) at preset ratios, homogenize them, and then dispense the mixture onto each product surface. In simple terms, it operates through glue storage tanks, metering pumps, feeders, double-liquid valves, dynamic mixing modules, mixing tubes, and a three-axis or robotic platform.

Both the A and B adhesives are kept completely separate until mixing, preventing premature curing inside the machine. By adjusting the speed of the metering pumps, delivery volumes for A and B can be finely controlled, allowing precise adjustment of the mix ratio. The dual-liquid valves and high-speed dynamic mixers guarantee homogeneous mixing, and the system accurately dispenses the specified volume for each cycle.

The dual-liquid valves are equipped with anti-drip and suction-back functions to prevent leakage. During potting, the machine ensures bubble-free, leakage-free, and drip-free operation. It can be configured according to product requirements, supporting material agitation to prevent settling, adhesive level monitoring to avoid empty running, and nitrogen purging to prevent air entrapment in the tank.

Additional features include temperature control, real-time monitoring, synchronized feeding to aid consistency, and avoidance of density deviations induced by heating expansion. The integrated potting system can be paired with smart manufacturing lines for fully automated production.

The system operates in fully programmable batches of up to 1,000 sets, suitable for diverse production scales. Its user interface allows easy glue potting by using a handheld controller or operating from a fixed platform. The entire process is highly automated, minimizing manual intervention, and does not require specialized personnel for day-to-day operation.
