Automatic Screw Fastening Machine(Floor Type Three Station)
The automatic screw fastening machine is designed for high precision and efficiency in screw fastening applications. It features a moving speed of up to 500 mm/s for the XY axis and 300 mm/s for the Z axis, ensuring fast and reliable performance. The drive system is versatile, with options for a stepping motor with a straight guide or a servo motor with a ball screw, depending on specific needs.
Location accuracy is maintained within ±0.01-0.03 mm, guaranteeing precise screw placement. The system includes moving control and a teach pendant for easy operation and setup. For screw transmission, the automatic screw fastening machine offers two modes: suction or blow, both of which are interchangeable based on the application.
Equipped with three electric screwdrivers and a three-tower screw feeder, the automatic screw fastening machine supports continuous and efficient screw fastening operations. The machine operates on a full-voltage of 220V 50Hz and is suitable for a wide range of industrial environments, with an operating temperature range of 5-40°C and humidity of 20-90% without condensation. The required air pressure for optimal performance is between 0-0.8MPa.
